When a large portion of my family spent four days with each other in Indianapolis last month, it was not something that we had planned for a long time in advance. Usually, when that many members of our family get together with each other, it takes months and months of planning for it to work out properly. However, that was not how this event ended up taking place. Instead, it was done in less than a week. One member of my family stumbled across an amazing travel package for a trip to Indianapolis, and since there are several members of my family who already live there, she sent it to the rest of us to see if we would be interested in taking advantage of it. Since it included a flight, car rental and hotel room at a very low price, it was hard to turn down.

Although not all of our family members could move their schedules around at the late notice, I was surprised at how many were able to do this. As a result, we ended up having a lot of people in Indianapolis. Since everyone took advantage of the same travel deal, we were all able to arrive and depart at the same time. While four days may not be a really long amount of time, we were able to fit a lot of fun and happiness into those four days with each other!
